At Bikers Den, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt shipping and reliable delivery. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Within 3 Business Days

We understand the anticipation of receiving your new gear, which is why we aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. We ship using third party courier partners and also India Post if your area is not covered by Courier. We also provide same day delivery inside Chennai for orders placed before 2pm. We might ship Big Packages (like Tyres, Luggages, etc) via Transport and these will be notified in product page itself. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange Only Policy

At Bikers Den, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that does not meet your expectations or requires a different size or style, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange promptly.
